New Life Cycle Concept Brings Customer Requirements to the Fore

In a long and complex process, BHS Corrugated analysed various corrugated board manufacturers from all over the world and examined their demands on the market. As a result of this, BHS has developed several product lines which enables it to offer customers means-tested individual machines, dry ends and complete systems tailored to individual requirements and production outputs.
In fact, BHS has developed four product lines which are able to fulfil all customer demands.

These four lines are:

Classic Line:

Reliable and cost-effective for an annual production of 30 million m² upwards

Custom Line:

Efficient and flexible due to individual equipment packages (microflute, preprint …)

Volume Line:

Maximal capacity: a production output of up to 110,000 t per year

Width Line:

Maximal system efficiency with a working width of 3,350mm

Life Cycle Management with the Aim of Total Profitability of Ownership

BHS has complemented the concept of the four product lines with comprehensive life cycle management. The basis of this is the intensive and individual support of customers; this includes requirements analyses right through to machine configuration, ranging from the provision of customised services through to the basic and advanced professional training of staff. The aim is to provide a life cycle partnership, which will accompany the customer throughout the entire life cycle of the machine, and which focuses on maximal success for the customer as its goal. Payment is calculated per m².
Consequently, the customer can be certain that BHS will do everything necessary to make sure that the corrugator maintains its efficiency and productivity and stays safely within budget.
