In this role, you will be part of the Business Partnering team in our Corporate Finance organization. As the finance and global business expert, you will support, advise, and challenge our business unit management on all finance and controlling related issues

For our department FCP we are looking for a Business Partner Equipment m/w/d

Your future tasks:

  • Global responsibility for planning, forecasting, and controlling key business drivers across the business unit
  • Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate opportunities, and propose appropriate actions and measures (Business Review)
  • Perform deviation analysis, advise preventive and corrective measures, and drive the implementation of those measures to completion
  • Coordinate the global meeting framework across the value chain of the business unit: preparation, moderation & documentation
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from business units and internal stakeholders
  • Be the liaison between business unit management and the operational processes across BHS Group
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the existing steering instruments (information framework, meeting framework & planning framework)
  • Communicate research, conclusions, and advice to C-suite via comprehensive reports and presentations in corporate meetings and conferences


  • Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Finance, or Communication would be optimal)
  • Master's degree preferred. (MBA)
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in corporate finance or related fields
  • Passion for a fast-paced, international environment and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and produce results reliably
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and business models
  • Passion for numbers and expertise in cost accounting and controlling
  • Excellent SAP skills across multiple modules (FI, CO, SD)
  • Experience with CPM tools (Tagetik would be ideal) and data integration across differing ERP systems
  • Advanced analytical, managerial, and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinker with excellent communication and English skills
  • Curious, open-minded, and professional attitude
