Your future responsibilities include:
- management of a team of currently 5 employees, both professionally and disciplinary, as IT Security team leader (m/w/d)
- responsibility for the operation and further development of the security solutions applied within the company
- ensuring technical and economic success of projects in the security field
- shared responsibility for the development of long-term SIEM/SOC strategies and the coordination/communication with specialized departments as well as coordination with the information security officer
Your professional and personal profile:
- several years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT security, already including initial experience with managerial responsibilities
- good overview of current trends in the security and networking environment with a focus on the areas of firewall, WAF and vulnerability management
- relevant experience in the administration, design and architecture of (Cloud) security solutions
- solid understanding of incident & response management and good knowledge of security device management and SIEM technologies
- certificates in the field of security such as CCSP, CISSP are a plus
- high level of self-initiative, goal-oriented and structured work habits
- outgoing communication method and very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
