Safety:
The hidden performance driver

Modernization does not always mean investing in new machines. In the area of safety, targeted equipment upgrades play a key role in protecting people, enhancing availability, and driving the productivity of existing corrugators.

Webfeed: Supporting the threading process

Here is an example of one of our safety upgrades: Manually threading paper into the machine poses serious safety risks. We support paper threading and transport – relieving workers from being exposed to safety hazards and carrying heavy paper over a 20 to 40 meters distance.

Celebrating one year of Corruverse

Corruverse
The first year – a look back

One year of Corruverse – it’s been a whirlwind of events and topics: the launch on May 25, 2025; the “first landing” at the FEFCO Technical Seminar in October 2025; various product innovations in areas such as resources & efficiency, automation, cybersecurity, and quality. Curious to see a year in fast forward? Watch the video!

2025 May
Launching Corruverse

What a moment! Corruverse is being launched – the new universe of the corrugated industry. It offers intelligent solutions for the entire box plant and its lifecycle. This enables manufacturers to produce corrugated board better, cheaper, and faster than ever before.

2025 September
Cyber Security – answer needed!

Every two months, a box plant is affected by a serious cyberattack. Our solutions make Cyber Security an integral part of production.

One example: Secure Plant Connect, the solution for securing remote services. New equipment within the Corruverse framework is automatically protected in accordance with the latest standards and regulations.

2025 October
"First landing of Corruverse" –
FEFCO Technical Seminar

The first Corruverse live experience was a huge success at the FEFCO Technical Seminar 2025 in Rome.

The BHS Jetliner Monochrome (MCP) single-pass inkjet digital print system was awarded the FEFCO Gold Award for Best Innovation in Advanced Technology. And this marked just one of three FEFCO awards received by experts of BHS Corrugated.

2025 November
Automation – welcome to a megatrend!

Automation ensures the competitiveness of corrugated board manufacturers. That's why it's the number one megatrend in the industry!

Unlike any other factory solution, Corruverse supports automation. Need proof? Consider intelligent spare parts with iParts. The BHS Jetliner Monochrome (MCP) and BHS Jetliner Xceed (XC) make integrated digital printing a reality. The FLEX Line is the corrugator line that incorporates Corruverse technology to its fullest extent.

The new universe of corrugating

2025 marked a significant milestone for the corrugated industry. With the launch of Corruverse on May 25, BHS Corrugated is bringing the Box Plant 2025 vision to life. The Corruverse completes what was started with Box Plant 2025: the consistent digitization of every step in the corrugated production process – from the corrugator, digital printing, intralogistics, and processing to AI-supported workflows and data-based lifecycle services.

This results in an intelligent and connected ecosystem that helps manufacturers and converters fully optimize their operations (“better, cheaper, and faster”). This digital transformation across the entire value chain – from the tree to the finished box at the end customer – takes place in the Corruverse.

Many customers wanted to know: Will Corruverse replace Box Plant 2025? We were able to reassure them: Corruverse completes the vision of Box Plant 2025 and carries the idea of a better, cheaper and faster box plant into the future. The start has been made!
