The Corrugator is a high complex machine. To produce even more highquality corrugated board, it is important to know how to increase the overall machine performance. By knowing the electrical tasks of the Corrugator, the maintenance staff is able to reduce or better avoid unplanned stop times, reduce waste and machine wear and, equally important, increase the speed and product quality. Therefore, it is essential to be aware of important machine functions, control circuits, sensor settings, hardware basics and troubleshooting tools or skills to enhance the final product.
