Process automation is playing an increasingly important role in a modern corrugated cardboard system. BHS can offer a wide range of process control systems in both the wet end and the dry end of a corrugated cardboard system. Everything from a single source - machine and process control system!
Here is just a small selection of the available systems:
Corrugator Control Center (CCC): The "boss" about the system, who receives all orders from the host system and manages them across all machines.
Quality data manager (QDM): The "brain" of the system, which stores all settings of the wet end, so that the same qualities / types can always be produced with the same settings. The result is reproducible quality.
Automatic quality change (AQW): Realizes an automatic changeover of all quality-related settings as soon as the new grade runs through the machine. A quick change of varieties and an increase in the average production speed can thus be achieved.
Splice synchronization system (SSS): This system enables the individual splicing points to be merged when converting a quality and thus reduces the waste rate.
Roll Verification System (RVS): With this system you can verify paper rolls before production and also trace them back to the respective order. An increasingly important requirement, especially for customers who supply corrugated cardboard to the food industry.
Warp Control System (WCS): A modern process control system for starting up the optimal process temperatures in the wet end of the corrugated cardboard system, which not only leads to a reduction of flatness errors, but also to a colder and energy-saving production method.
Target Speed Control (TSC): The autopilot of a corrugated cardboard system. A completely new system for the automatic approach to defined target speeds on the system and for the evaluation of disruptive factors.
We can offer you these and many other systems today - everything from a single source!
