BHS Corrugated is honored with the Best Managed Companies Awards 2023

BHS Corrugated has once again received the Best Managed Companies Award - a prize for excellently managed companies. Christian and Lars Engel received the award for the second time, one year after it was presented in May 2022. The award ceremony took place on Thursday, May 25, 2023, in Düsseldorf. The Best Managed Companies Award is presented by Deloitte Private, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V.

The basic requirements for qualifying for the Best Managed Companies Award are a minimum annual turnover of 150 million euros and the company's headquarters in Germany. In addition, the companies must be medium-sized or family-run and have demonstrated successful economic development in recent years. If this is the case, the companies are then intensively screened in the four core areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, and finance and governance by a panel of experts from the Best Managed Companies program. The winners are then selected by a jury consisting of renowned representatives from business, science and the media.
