Christian and Lars Engel are among the 20 finalists of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award 2024. In a multi-stage selection process, they were able to prevail against a large number of other entrepreneurs from all over Germany and convince the jury of BHS Corrugated and their personal entrepreneurial achievements.
On October 16, representatives from EY and LGT Private Banking visited BHS Corrugated's headquarters in Weiherhammer and presented the finalist award to Christian and Lars Engel. During the visit, our managing directors gave the visitors a tour of the company and exchanged views on various topics inside and outside BHS Corrugated.
On November 7, 2014, Christian and Lars Engel will travel to Berlin, where the winners in the categories “Family Business”, “Innovation”, “Sustainability” and “Young Companies” will be announced at a festive gala. Christian and Lars Engel are among the 5 finalists in the “Innovation” category. One of the winners will represent Germany at the “EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025” in Monaco.
In addition to the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award, the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Audience Award will also be presented at the awards ceremony - independently of the jury.
