With its "HERimpact" project, BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH is one of this year's winners of the Bavaria 2025 Demography Award, which was presented by the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Home Affairs at an award ceremony in Munich on May 20, 2026.
With the Demography Prize, the Free State of Bavaria honors projects and initiatives that contribute to coping with demographic change. The prize is awarded to projects that improve the quality of life of local people and are geared towards equal living conditions. A total of seven award winners and one special award winner were honored.
Award in the "My.home.work.family" category
BHS Corrugated was awarded a prize in the "My.home.work & family" category. This category recognizes projects that deal with topics such as career development, work-life balance, equal opportunities and family- and senior-friendly working conditions.
The entire HERimpact team was delighted with the award:
