Whether at work, in sports or in everyday life - each of us is exposed to high levels of stress. During a virtual lecture at BHS Corrugated, sports physician Dr. Lutz Graumann explained how optimized regeneration helps us to perform better both physically and mentally. Based on current research findings and many years of experience in top-level sports, he presented the most efficient regeneration strategies for body and mind - from relaxation techniques to simple biohacks. Dr. Graumann also gave background information on human physiology and explained how nutrition, sleep, chronobiology, and lifestyle habits influence our regeneration and how we can improve it.
