BHS Corrugated is introducing iBelt®, a new generation of intelligent spare parts solutions. iBelt® is part of BHS Corrugated's iParts product family, which provides connected and predictive components for corrugators.
With the intelligent belt control system for Single Facers from BHS Corrugated, corrugated board manufacturers can significantly increase machine availability, reduce waste, and extend the lifetime of their pressure belts. The system combines automated belt control with AI-supported condition monitoring and integrates seamlessly into iCorr® Operations Support. This allows maintenance requirements to be identified at an early stage and minimizes unplanned downtime.
