BHS Resource Monitoring:
Our new monitoring system, equipped with a sensor set, precisely measures the energy consumption of your system. The recorded data is visualised live and uploaded to our iCorr® Resource Optimizer analysis tool. This monitoring not only provides you with a detailed overview of your consumption data, but also certification in accordance with ISO 50001, allowing you to benefit from tax rebates at the same time!
iCorr® Resource Optimizer:
With the iCorr® Resource Optimizer, you can evaluate the resources* used and the associated costs in order to be able to produce in a more ecologically and economically sustainable way. The iCorr® Resource Optimizer evaluates the collected data for analysis purposes.
This allows you to:
- Filter resource consumption according to various criteria, such as customer order or grade.
- Analyze the environmental impact and costs of your energy consumption in detail.
- Increase transparency about the total resource consumption of your corrugators.
*Electricity, steam and compressed air are currently output by BHS Corrugated assets. Prerequisite for using the iCorr® Resource Optimizer: BHS Resource Monitoring must be installed on the corrugator.
