Project Manager Research and Technology (m/f/d)

Your future tasks:

• BHS-wide management of research and technology projects
• Management of multiple projects with cross-functional teams
• Budget responsibility up to 2 Mio Euro
• Identification of new technologies and processes
• Coordination of external cooperation partners

Requirements:

• successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, physics, process technology or material science
• PHD will gladly round off your profile
• Proven project management experience with budget responsibility
• Ability to coordinate external research and technology partners
• Experience in paper, fiber technology or adhesives would be of benefit
• Knowledge of statistical evaluations, SixSigma, DoE, data analysis and scripting
• You have a structured way of working, enjoy working in a cross-functional team, are open to new ideas and have a certain degree of flexibility
• Confident with MS-Office and project management tools
• With your verbal and written language skills you are able to manage international projects and topics and to present and document the results
• You have a pronounced willingness to travel and learn
