Project Controls Manager (m/f/d)

Your future tasks:

• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting and monitoring of milestones
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure and ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded
• Further development and support of the company's Project Management Information System (PMIS) based on Share Point and Power BI
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring together with the responsible project manager.
• Perform commercial projects progress reviews
• Ensure effective project implementation
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management's review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
• Measurement and flag any schedule slip to Department Manager on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling of multiple projects, preferable in the Mechanical Engineering Industry.
• Must have experience in schedule, resource planning and resource development activity
• Basic knowledge of Sharepoint or Power BI and MS Project
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, team player qualities
• Quick perception, good analytical competence - paired with hands-on mentality and pragmatic implementation skills
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an international environment, with multiple stakeholders/interests
• Good command of spoken and written German and English
