For high school students
Are you worrying about just standing around and watching? Not at BHS Corrugated. At our company, you are allowed and encouraged to participate, try out jobs, and discover your strengths – for example, during an internship or a career orientation event! The placements in our Tech Camp are especially popular. Not to forget the summer jobs offered at BHS Corrugated where you can earn money and demonstrate what you have in store. Our options for high school students (which, by the way, are also interesting for teachers and parents!) are as follows:
Internship & career orientation event
A good internship is worth so much more than a must-attend event. It helps you figure out who you are and which career path is the best fit for you. After all, your goal is to some day have a job that you really like! At BHS Corrugated, we take time for your concerns. You can be all hands on and try out things. Of course, you will always be well guided in the process... We are positive that you will want to sign up for your next internship with us afterwards. These are the options to choose from:
- trial internship
- prevocational internship (during summer break)
- career orientation event (in cooperation with several schools from the region)

Tech Camp
What does an industrial electronics technician, a metal cutting mechanic, or a production technician do? How can you help shape our products and our future in metalworking or electrical professions? What career prospects does BHS Corrugated offer you specifically?
You will find out the answers to all your questions at our Tech Camps! These are offered exclusively to young people who are going to graduate high school in the following year. After spending three days in the Tech Camp, you will know
- whether you are interested in technical jobs in general as your future career,
- which job is the most compelling to you, and
- why BHS Corrugated is a top choice for vocational education and training!
Tips for teachers: A tour of the plant!
Are you interested in checking out a global player in action? How about experiencing the operational process of a market leader? At our headquarters in Weiherhammer, we offer tours for groups and school classes. The youth will find out about how a corrugator is built, and what is behind terms such as lifecycle building, lean production, or clean desk.
