Rotary Shear: fast process for all types of start-up waste
Rotary Shear KQ-M is mainly used for safely removing start-up waste and for implementing large width changes. It is located in the corrugator immediately after the Double Facer and has very low maintenance costs, among other advantages.

Reliably handles even the heaviest formats
Thanks to a design featuring two counter-rotating knife bars, the Rotary Shear lets you safely cut even the heaviest corrugated board formats of up to 3,000 g/m².
With its compact design, the KQ-M can be quickly and easily integrated into existing corrugators. Cutting speeds of up to 300 m/min are standard for the Rotary Shear from BHS Corrugated, making it compatible with all standard order change systems.
