Repair order process: fast and simple
To simplify on-site corrugating roll repairs for our customers and shorten response and resolution times, we have made a few adjustments to our process, particularly for corrugating roll returns. When you are ready to ship us your corrugating rolls, simply fill out and submit the “application for return delivery.” A double advantage to our customers: The newly designed process prioritizes orders ahead of time, so urgent orders always automatically come first.
Have any return shipments coming up? Here is all you need to do to ensure that your repairs go off without a hitch:

- After that, you will receive a return delivery slip, which you will provide to your carrier along with the corrugating rolls.
