Your future responsibilities include:
- Resolving Level 1 & Level 2 IT service requests that includes,
- Hands on experience on End user devices and Network devices management and maintenance.
- Software Installation and related issues.
- Software package creation and deployments.
- Remote and Voice support for user’s system issues.
- Managing Global tools like EgoSecure, Matrix42, SOPHOS.
- Preparing Technical and Process FAQ documentation.
- Manage System Hardware problems.
