Your future responsibilities include:
Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for setting and achieving the pre-calculation cost as well as analyzing thepost-calculation and ensure to implement appropriate counter measures to achieveset cost targets2. Set default values for the experience curve and ensure realization3. Deliver and implement a KPI figure to measure and reduce complexity within theresponsible product portfolio4. Responsible for product differentiation, variations and optionsTask & Duties1. Support profitable growth of BU Equipment in the AP region in terms of suitableproduct management from the idea to the development, up to marketing and salesfor the product portfolio2. Help to develop and implement a global product and solution portfolio including aspecific product strategy ensuring clear differentiation between internal products aswell as towards competition. Coordination of the fade-in (product launch) andfade-out (product decline) processes for products of the responsible productportfolio.3. Evaluate local market feedback incl. market & competition analysis and describepossible solutions to market requirements4. Initiation, organization and supervision of development projects. Drafting ofspecification sheet and functional specification including the related documentationbased on a defined development process and tools (KPIs)5. Active daily management of the responsible product portfolio based on customerdemand and satisfaction including controlling of profits as well as operationalexcellence improvements6. Manage possible product relocation projects7. Follow-up on equipment quality issues together with QC8. Support on implementation of products into SAP system9. Support AP sales team with technical queries and proposal of solutions incl. relevantmarketing material and being involved for customer related special orders10. Find and exploit synergies for Lifecycle and Digital (Hybrid,…) products11. Collaboration with external (customers, suppliers) and internal departments (RDE, SPL,LCS, FI/CO, QC) and other product managers globally

Your professional and personal profile:
1. At least 8 years management working experiences with multi-national company at asimilar position.2. Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or any related degree3. Knowledgeable and experience in customer care4. Preferably experienced in the Corrugated, Paper, Print or Packaging related industry5. Adequate knowledge of Product Management procedures6. Dynamic, proactive, and Customer oriented.7. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.8. Good communication in English and preferably Chinese9. Ability to work independently10. Singaporean citizen and PR preferred
