Corrugator Check: Current overview of the condition of your corrugator
There are many situations where an inspection of the corrugator over several days is not possible. While for most inspections the plant has to be taken out of operation, the Corrugator Check can also be carried out during running production. The scope is limited to limitations that can be detected with the naked eye.

Technical defects and inadequate process settings are often the reason for a high number of stops and low availability of the corrugator. To prevent these difficulties, we offer our customers the Corrugator Check. A short inspection, which is exclusively carried out by experts with many years of experience. The aim is to check the corrugator for limitations within 3-4 hours in running condition by means of elaborated checklists.
At the end of the Corrugator Check, we discuss the results and the recommended measures with you. Furthermore, we support you in planning the implementation, so that you come closer to your targets step by step.
