Every two years, FEFCO (European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers) organizes the FEFCO Technical Seminar in a major European city.
From October 25 - 27, 2023, the event took place in Lyon, France, under the motto "Shaping our future through innovation". As always, BHS Corrugated was also represented on site with an exhibition stand.
BHS Corrugated's trade fair appearance was all about the Box Plant 2025 strategy. Visitors were able to learn about the numerous innovative products and solutions that BHS Corrugated will use to shape the future of the corrugated industry together with its customers.
Lars Engel, Managing Director with a focus on strategic customer management, took part as a speaker in a panel discussion organized by FEFCO, which revolved primarily around the topics of "innovation" and "reuse".
Experts from BHS Corrugated also gave presentations on topics such as production optimization, cyber security and the use of QR code technology in corrugated board printing.
The traditional customer event is an integral part of BHS Corrugated's participation in FEFCO. This took place at L'Abbaye de collonges hosted by star chef Paul Bocuse. Customers and employees of BHS Corrugated experienced a great evening with many culinary highlights as well as various show acts, such as LED and acrobatic shows.
